Where you live from birth to the tombstone every hour, and every life (lasting one hour) is completely deprived of any form of intimacy, but feels like a 70+ year lifetime. And you are forced to watch as average looking men kiss cute slutty black haired girls and fawn over each other, while you are strapped in and can't do a thing about it, and only keep experiencing agony. And to add on top of that, you are forced to have false hope that you will be able to get intimacy some day, and that switches with the indifference induced by already not having experienced intimacy and knowing it's too late for you at this point so even if you were to get it, you would not be satisfied.

"Hidden" because the people that you have to watch are incapable of seeing you. Ghosts that are not even haunting the world, just floating is a different plane of existence

Stop looking from the inside out. And look from the outside in.

You need a small win every day. For me, that’s 5 push-ups.

Just do 5 push-ups a day, and pat your self on the back.

Then, try having just a normal conversation with people.

there's a book about this cosmic event happens where everyone dies and is reborn with all of their memories, but they're forced to live their lives exactly the same way it was before. imagine having complete memory of all your bad choices and you have to watch yourself in third person make them a second time
