Nicotine significantly increase your concentration, but is a very weak stimulant and only works for a very short time.

As someone who has been smoking or vaping for 22 years, nicotine isn't something to use 'as needed', this is a lifestyle choice you are likely going to be stuck with once you make it

I'd highly recommend a different substance. If caffeine isn't enough look into afinils, they are more stimulating and less addictive than nicotine. They give them to people with narcolepsy, but you can purchase them online from research chemical vendors

Wish I knew some vendors. science.bio was my go to vendor for research chemicals, but they got shut down at the beginning of this year

Careful with Zyn. I tried to stop smoking with those and lost 8lbs. Crushed my appetite even after workouts.
