JFC, the way the media makes it out, the whole country is burning down in riots, murder and crime. Is there nothing better for these cops to do? How may open cases are there? What's their solve rate for real crimes? Maybe work on those instead of harassing old ladies?

I’m not sure if I’d want to adopt an elderly woman if she were neutered.

Well you certainly don't want one that isn't. She'd end up spraying all over the house. Imagine the smell.

Feeding strays can attract even more cats if you're not careful. And if she's not diligently neutering every single one, she's just building a cat colony. My Aunt does that, and the damn cats have wrecked her deck, probably a nuisance for her neighbors too. I understand it upsetting people.
