In reality it is the cultural norms within that make quality folks. Cultures that maintain and advance Western civilization or any civilization where peaceful interactions are the norm are to be admired.

Look to the typical sub-cultures of the USA Negroids and one can observe feral, bestial barbarians from the distant past. The majority of USA Negroes rightfully belong in sub-Saharan Africa. A minority has the "right stuff" to be useful productive members of our first-world country.
