I remember a long time ago watching a movie that was based on the real events of women who were sexually harassed when they tried to be miners by their male co-workers.

Women can, and are very willing, to do the "tough" jobs; it's the fact these are all dominated by men still that make it almost impossible. They make it clear women are not wanted.
