If a Mom carries the gestation to completion [ apparently in some states involuntary and the state takes care ] the state needs to be running the infant extraction process.

Maybe taking the Mom into maybe a few months custody might be in order.

And involuntary removal via complete extraction of infant and uterus.

Oh that's brilliant. Lets shut down a hospital every time a doctor fucks up. We'd have no hospitals.
