Nobody really knows how long Saidit will last. It could disappear one day without warning, and has gone dark for days in a row in the past.

Would the site owner be able to create a static backup of the site, to be hosted somewhere indefinitely, cheaply, without much maintenance work? Seems like the easiest way to make an archive.

It's been slogging a lot for a while now. Yes the admin has really stepped back but he also doesn't seem to be closing it.

You all can backup to goatmatrix.net if you want two backups. Two is one and one is none.

I can possibly even script that for you guys. Though a more human approach where people select what is valuable has its merits too.
