Rapid rise to 1.318 - early mid morning.

May simply be member banks making a decision to start up full scale short operations [ covert of course] in the next 3 months.

AMD and perhaps even SMCI may show some strength into the end of the year.

[ up to 1.186 % by end of morning EST -- significant evidence that cash is moving from Nvidia to AMD and Intel.

This is unlikely to last, but may last into the end of the year or early next year.
