I want to do boxing for cardio and confidence.
I don’t want to fight anyone. Just some classes and technique.
Do any of you know how to find a good, respectful, supportive gym?
I tried to do MMA at a popular gym. And I got my ass handed to me, which is okay. But I don’t like the close physical contact.
I would like to do a sport where giant, strong, stinky men are not man handling me all practice.
