My current boss is big on working from home. She said to me "we need to convince producers we can do our job without going into to the office so then we can sit on the beach in the Caribbean and do it."

Give yourself a round of applause Roz, that also means someone sat at a computer in India can do it for half the price.

Same with "our" manufacturing jobs. If a company can move their factories out of town into the poor counties, hundreds of miles away from their customers, to cut costs then within 10-20 years they will have moved them to China.

The only way you can keep jobs is to create industries which can be done either cheaply or at high quality where you are and maybe a couple of other places. If there's nothing to tie the product to the place then there's always someone who will undercut you.

No, we just need a syndicalist regime where people are forced to do what is in the long term best interests of the country. With the current evil occupation regimes they are always going to rig things against us.

For security you can say, “we will have these manufacturing jobs in the USA”.

You can say, fuck capitalism.

If you sell a hood here, it must also be made here, except for democratic countries, or countries where the people feel free.
