Obese middle aged man likes to sit at home on his computer watching kids run around in scant clothing while telling them what positions to get into.
This means he is being oppressed.

“Don't worry, scrote. There are plenty of 'tards out there living really kickass lives. My first wife was 'tarded. She's a pilot now.” - Dr. Lexus

For most flights, it would probably be do-able with modern technology.

A lot of things are possible. Doesn't make it a good idea.

This tubbo can't actually move, but he's completing a degree in P.E. If you can't move, kinesiology that you are going to be teaching to students may not be a degree field you should pursue. You can't be a P.E. teacher, sorry, no.

He's only 400 pound. That's 186 kilo or about 506 dollars for the Americans.
That's not even 200 kilo yet. Guy can move. Guy can show up and teach. Now he definitely won't want to because he'll get absolutely ribbed by any students because let's be fair, if your gym teacher can't run track why should you?
Whether that means he's a bad teacher otherwise is up for debate. I've arguably had teachers that aren't good at whatever they teacher but are pretty excellent at teaching it for the required levels. Opposite also runs true, teachers know the material great but can't teach for shit.
Here the guy is a dumbass for sueing. Like if I had his student I'd just sue him back for not letting me do my track assignment virtually.

Why is the teacher not allowed, can't fit in the camera?

After my aortic valve replacement surgery a couple of years ago due to my congenital defect I finished my last semester of college at home that included the fitness portion that being said i was also doing rehab so i had to do physical exercise anyways so it ended up working out perfectly. now adays i try to work in some form of light weight lifting 2 - 3 times a week and walk about 10 - 15km a night at work which is 3 - 4 days a week.

Issue him a ticket for impersonating livestock.
So what kinds of physical skill could such a land manatee teach?

Try so starve him for 20 days and then put a fried chicken on a drone.

Obesity is another bad genetic expression, like asthma, lactose intolerance, being gay or a tranny. Since obesity is a really bad genetic disease, these people need to be neutered or spayed. The really bad ones, like the blue whales of WalMart, should be spayed before reproduction happens.

Why? If a person was too fat to go hunting or gobbled up all the food before anyone else ate, this hurt the group. Having SOME fat in reserve on your body is normal but a waddling pig hurts the group and should humanely be prevented from breeding.

Totally disagree on this one. The food supply and food culture is poison. Even when people try to clean up their diet they get really bad advice from (((health professionals))): CICO, statins, etc. Most people in the past that couldn't get fat couldn't survive the famine or winter so they died. Getting fat is a good adaptation. In fact most people today aren't fat because they are being glutinous. They are fat because they are ingesting chronic poisons and the body responds to chronic poison by attempting to eat more (because eating less is often associated with death).
