And some states are relatively lenient on this, which probation instead of jail time.

EDIT: This was in FLOWREEDA - so, um NO WORRIES. Age of consent in Florida is 9. All is well. (/s)

Also: "If you are less than 24 years old, you may lawfully have consensual sex with a 16 or 17-year-old. If you are 24 or older, you may not legally have sex, whether consensual or not, with anyone under 18 years old."

Not sure what the law is regarding a 15-year-old and a 22 year-old.

Kid was potentially 12. 15 is still highly inappropriate and isn't mature nor mentally developed enough to handle consequences of early sexualization from an adult.
