Nope. Laser hair removal does not work well on the face at all.

The best permanent method is electrolysis, which will take years to get rid of it and can cause scarring.

It's a diet/lifestyle/environment problem.

Something like one in ten women have it now. That many women having fertility issues is clearly not natural or the species would have died or long ago.
