There should be a law against belly fat for the 99.9% of people that have it without a genetic cause. E.g. a mandatory diet of some kind to protect people from their own ignorance.

This is not the way, comrade. Most mental diseases don't have a physical sign to let you know the person is afflicted. Being fat is an obvious and convenient indicator to avoid someone due to the self-hatred issues they have.
