The problem I have with this notion, and modern feminism in general, is that it's not about equal opportunities, but equal outcomes. It throws out any and all contributions men have made thus far (for example, creating and advancing Western Society to the point where women even had a seat at the table). It's as if women think men purposefully excluded them for no other reason than to be pricks.

Every society takes time to develop, and Western Society is ahead of most (look around and see how women are treated even today in other societies), but instead of working to better society as a whole, there's this notion of reparations. Especially ironic when you consider just how entitled women are today. They don't want to put any skin in the game, for the most part and when it comes to doing tough jobs and sacrificing even life and limb, but they want special treatment nonetheless. Add to it, feminism forever has its nose pressed up against the glass, trying to compare all women's contributions to men's.

This article is the perfect example. It seeks to lay the blame squarely on men in an almost scolding tone. It talks about men not being role models, blaming them for the most part, but completely ignoring the fact that women have been raising them. Yet when you suggest that maybe having a man in a child's life, you're laughed at, even in the face of statistics that prove it's better to have two parents. Hell, single dads do a better job than single mothers.
