Sounds like a lot of excuses because Rebel News isn't a "legitimate news organization" in their view. "Women politicians are harassed by members of the public", "we don't know the security context", He may have been "deliberately confrontational with security detail", "fundraising"..... And yet, we can see the "officer" is the one that pushes into Menzies and then arrests him.
