We hired blacks when I was a kid. Clarence had a mule and wagon. He plowed our plot. His wife Clara was the nurse babysitter at the First Baptist Church. We respectfully co-existed with them. When I was 5 I asked Martha, our maid, if she was black all over. She ate lunch at our table. Daily. She said grace every Friday before she want home early to get ready for the weekend with her family. I played baseball with her children.

I didn't start being racist until the darkies decided to get all racist around Obama time. All through the 1960's I didn't give black people a mean thought. Hate breeds hate. They started it.
