Also, there's one of these guys in my neighborhood. He has long-ish pink hair, wears short shorts and a tank top, and rides around on a pink bike trying to talk to lone women.

"It's a beautiful daaaaaaaaay!!!" No one talks to him. He mysteriously never tries to chat up men, women walking with a boyfriend or husband, or groups of people. Just women out walking by themselves.

He's a creep and a predator, and everyone knows it. I think that 95% of these guys are just sexually frustrated perverts trying to gain women's trust (and access to the locker room) by dressing like a woman.
