Imgur used to have pro-Trump, anti-Hillary posts on the frontpage daily a couple years ago. It could just be that people are changing their minds.

A lot of these meme's are made by the government. Especially ones in conservative subreddits like walkaway, TheTrumpZone, AsktheDonald, etc.

they still push government talking points, but for conservatives and ban you for revealing sensitive truths.
