Okay so, basically, all of humanity panicked because the media flipped out, and we engaged in the largest human rights violation in all of history. 95% of all of humanity was forcefully locked in their homes for two months, under threat of arrest or even death in some countries, and the factual/scientific basis for this was pretty much bupkis.

Some of the nasty shit that was done includes the CDC padding numbers to bump up death rates. Basically, anybody who had the virus or was suspected to have the virus at the time of death was marked as a COVID death regardless of whether or not the virus actually killed them or not. I'm not making this shit up, this is what public health advisors have actually said. The U.S. is not the only place in the world that does this. Yes, it fudges the numbers. Yes, it's stupid as hell. That's the whole point.

Even individual U.S. states fucked up their numbers, like how Colorado's COVID cases were exaggerated up to 25% because of their fuckery, Michigan has no idea where the hell its numbers ran off to, probably a bar somewhere to drink this shit out of their memory, and here's Illinois's Motive Rant explaining it.

This matters because 80% the people who catch the damn thing are asymptomatic. There's debate whether asymptomatic people can spread the virus. One recent study showed they do not. This study, hilariously, shows that asymptomatic carriers only spread the thing by touching shit, not through the air, making mandatory mask orders meaningless. The WHO even retracted a statement they made finding asymptomatic people only very rarely spread the virus. That cruise ship everybody was obsessing over back in March? 81% of those people were asymptomatic. Only one actually died.

Another problem is the COVID testing itself. Most of those tests are contaminated or inaccurate. The ones from March were. The tests from Spring had a 30% false negative rate according to Snopes, antibody tests are wrong at least half of the fucking time, and not one single fuck is given about this. Think about that surge we've been having and ask yourself how many of those people were false positives, or even worse, how many people tested negative and actually have the virus and don't know it? How many asymptomatic people were simply false positives?

Neil Ferguson is the piece of shit mainly responsible for the lockdowns. He put out a report with wild-assed predictions that over 510,000 people in the UK and 2.2 million people in the U.S. would die of the coronavirus if we didn't lock everyone down and subjugate our people. Only a small fraction of those numbers actually died, and that's including the surge.

Okay, so, given all that, what's the virus's actual mortality rate? From the CDC's best estimate for its planning scenarios, we get a CFR of 0.004 and from that an IFR as 0.4% * (1-35%) = 0.26%. Antibody test results in Los Angeles, that surprisingly enough actually bother to take into account the 50% margin of error we talked about above, give us something we can work with. Let's use the low end and assume half of them were false positives. Numbers from the article: 600 deaths/221,000 cases = 0.002714932 or 0.2%. Which is similar to the seasonal flu.

So, we have wildly inaccurate tests, 80% of the people who catch the virus don't suffer any symptoms at all, a death rate much lower than we were intimidated into believing by the biggest media propaganda campaign in all of modern history, and now we have... the lockdowns.

Ohh, lockdowns. How horrific and traumatizing you are. How completely and utterly destructive to global society you've been. Let me count the ways.
