Looks like it was drawn with crayons, why am I not surprised? This is like 31 flavors of self delusion.

"how small shoud govt, be?" "just small enough that it stops spying on us and lets us commit victimless crimes." Size?! Even a government composed of one single person could spy on you and convict you of a victimless crime.

"how small should the government be?" "enough to protect basic liberties", this is the version of Libtertarianism where if you didn't pay for the fire department service, they roast marshmallows as your house burns, and allow it to spread to neighboring houses, only protecting those which paid for the fire service.

Or "just big enough to provide a strong national defense", I hate to deliver the bad news, but you can't have a competitive armed forces and also maintain a small government. The infrastructure is enormous, for both active and retired military, as well as their families.

"will we tolerate communes?" "we are the communes!" -> "not a libertarian", this one makes no sense to me. Part of personal liberty is the right to form a commune, should you want to.

I'm not against some government services at all, as police, fire dept, and judicial system. But i prefer they are decentralised and locally administered
