Is there though? Have ace people ever been killed for being ace? Have they ever been denied work or a place to live for being ace? Have they ever been loudly declared as degenerates by cultural movements?

The worst having no sexual drive gets you is some trouble in relationships if you have a partner who does have one. Comparing that to the struggles of LGB people is kinda ridiculous.

Ace people keep claiming that, but I see no evidence for it. There are no hate groups arguing that ace people should have to have sex. There are no politicians trying to enact laws trying to make it illegal for ace people to refuse to have sex. There are no movies with "ace" characters being portrayed as the villains. Society has no feelings toward people without a sex-drive either way.

That it's a sexed thing has been the scientific consensus for a long time. Men, on average, have a far higher libido than women.

Absolutely. And it seems to me like the other half is people with incredibly low sex drives who are pathologizing their own bodies and ironically doing so in the name of pride.

I think "real" ace ppl are pretty rare but they exist.

I think the unfortunate thing about the whole "asexuality" concept is that it prevents people from accepting their own bodies and their body's own chemistry and instead others it as some kind of identity - one that then leads them to live a life of fear because people lie about how the world is out to get them and oppress them. It isn't. And they do not belong with LGB.
