No, never said there was an emergency of black cops shooting black people, you misread my comment. I say the police is brutal, and has right to shoot freely in a way in Europe isn't possible, there have been various case of gunless people getting shot by police, even young black teens. I said I wouldn't be surprise if some racist cop would kill a black using the right to kill, but it isn't a black problem.

You take gratuitous opportunities to put down the USA and Americans. The other day you said Canada was a bad place to live, only a little better than the USA. How long have you lived in either place? Do you actually know anything about American crime and police shootings? Or, as I suspect, did you simply grasp for any ammunition to continue your habitual, unnecessary bigotry against Americans?

Yeah, you did, the police is brutal that's fact. But never said there is an epidemic of black folks being killed. You can't deny police brutality in USA. That's not bigotry against americans. Good and bad people exist, it isn't a nationality that makes a good person, but still, th system just suck in many ways.
