I don't get these trans fetishes where they call themselves and eachother different sexes than they actually are and that gets them off(or allows them to). There has to be some same-sex attraction there; It can't all be fetish. There also must be some deep-rooted gender role related hangups there too. Maybe some ultra-restrictive and homophobic religious upbringing that they never overcame, or some past trauma. There's always a genesis of these things. Maybe they (and everyone they negatively affect) can benefit from them having some hallocinogenic trip of self-discovery. Because I think their pathologies may be too neurally ingrained to reach by normal avenues(reasoning, verbal therapy).

Yes, it can. I'm not saying it's always the case, but there are definitely people for whom the fetish is so all-consuming that they don't care where they get their fix from. Source: I used to be a moderator for a fetish forum.

I'll take your word for it. It's hard for me to imagine this level of complete detachment from base human eroticism, though. In any case, the way they all co-dependently reinforce their illusions to serve their fetish is not particularly healthy.

Understandable. It's really difficult to explain to anyone whose approach to sexuality is at all normal and healthy.
