The first 2 statements refer to the outside effect Jesus has on some others around you.

Matthew 10:34 "think not that I am come to send peace on earth, but a sword. And continues into Matthew 10: 35 "For i am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother " etc v.36 -"A man's foes shall be they of his own household "

The second 2 statements are what Jesus does within us and for us.

Philippians 4:7 "And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus " and lastly is a mix of two scripture verses. Matthew 19:29 "and every one that hath forsaken houses,or bretheren,brethren, mother or wife,ar lands for my names sake shall receive a hundred fold" this is why we address each other as"brother,or sister " once saved,you are adopted into the family of God. And he being our father even says "if your mother and father forsake you, I will take you up "

So you and I being saved by grace through faith, makes us brother and sister,and Him our eternal Father.

When you seek the Kingdom of heaven, you abstain from worldly things and deny the flesh. Those who are afraid of death, pain, suffering, will certainly be uncomfortable when you profess the glory of the spiritual Kingdom which condemns living for worldly things. Those who have not or will not consider other than the survival of their fleshly self, shall condemn you for reaching and preaching towards the spiritual Kingdom of Heaven manifest in this world.

As a result, many will think you do not take your life seriously. They will reject and attack you for seeking spiritual purity and oneness with God. They will mock your attempts at perfecting yourself and raising the bar for others to see. They will hate that your are doing what they know they should be. Their shame and fear will cast you out as the problem because they don't want to look inward with honest eyes.

I pray your fleshly family is blessed to know Jesus, for we all hope for that. But beyond our family here, we must recognize, we are a children of the almighty God, and a family beyond this existence here. Those who listen to the word of God are or brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers.

When you accept Jesus into your heart truly, and live accordingly to what He teaches, you will not live like the world does, but reject the premise entirely. A fear wrought survival gauntlet that joins you add long as you join it, but neither shall be none the happier. But when you feel the love of Jesus choosing through your veins, this world will fall away from your heart, and those who cling to this world, will fall away from you as well. Should you fight for them, and they not recognize your heart, they will fight you.

This is what He means by turn a house against itself. Standing for truth in a world of lies makes that person the enemy.

I had the privilege of driving a school bus full of children onto a frozen lake where it crashed through the ice and killed all but two. I really did.

Computer animated in a scene for The Sweet Hereafter. It was just a job in Toronto. I didn't know it was Oscar material or that Ian Holm was in it. I didn't even see it until a year later in New York. Tragic and powerful movie. I'd take all the credit but I had almost nothing to do with it.

Beautiful, and the message is simple, to look within and provide others your time to spread God's message.

If they despise you and try to kill you, convince another town through example.

Even if you do not believe in God, at least follow the teachings of Christ.

If all peoples did, we would have a utopia on Earth.

But Christ knew this could never come untill all followed his instructions.

The Churchhians of Trump are fooled. We do not promote political earthly men to rule over us, we promote Yeshua and his WAY. SIMPLE.
