So, my take theough reading books including Hitler's works, is that Hitler did many of the things Zionists wanted to emigrate Jews to Israel for it was the only internationally recognized option. Later he wished to emmigraye Jews to madagascar but Zionists did not want that.

Herzl is a Zionist Jew and wanted a Jewish state.

Hitler was an Austrian and didn't want a Jewish state to arise but wanted Jews OUT OF GERMANY. So, obviously he called Zionism a great Jewish ideology in Mein Kampf so as to transfer Jews out of Germany. That doesn't mean he agreed with the modern form of Zionism. For it is quite clear in Mein Kampf that he talked extensively about what Zionism would do to Palestine and he was against it.

The latter is what Bjerknes ignores.
