For a while I thought .is was doing OK. Maybe I wasn't looking with a critical eye.

The other thing that's exploded there is what I'd call weabooism. I'm almost 50... I don't "get" anime. Frankly if you held a gun to my head and said "watch anime, or MLP, or die!" I'd probably choose MLP. I don't enjoy watching cartoons horses learn the meaning of friendship or whatever, but at least it isn't 100% alien, bizarre shit to me.

I really think anime, the covid vaccine, and probably the internet and porn as a whole just turn people gay. Maybe certain people have gayer genes than others, but these things cause the genes to be expressed fully.
