Have you seen western comics? It's made fully by woke diversity hires and white women, it's all in your face with LGBT hero, women empowerment and gigaBIPOC killing yt. Most people don't care about this, that's why manga wins.

Same for anime I suppose. Tropes like "damsel in distress" and perfect waifus that actually appeals to many men and women can't be created anymore in western media.
