I don't know yet, definitely it can be increased through complete rejection the idea of ever dating, which, if done in all honesty, will lead to enjoying other stuff more. Quitting the boundaries of normal behaviour, craving relationship all the time leads to constant destroy of brain, especially when needs aren't satisfied.

But I am rather not a happy person and I am in constant state of indifference. I am neither sad or happy, I just exist as parasite leeching everything I can and being as hedonistic as I can.

It's not the ultiate form, it's the form that is the only form in which you don't suffer from huge suicide thoughts. You owe nothing to people, they ruined you through years, so you don't support the system and take as much as you can. Others want help? Funny joke. Others want you to do something? Why would you do it? Why would you even discuss anything with them? No reason to do so.

We are destined to live alone, they put us into this state, so people forcing me to do something can go fuck themselves. I am doing whatever I want in law boundaries. The more I quit society, the more inner peace I have.
