When I look at my family it just confirms dysgenic environmental conditions as the reason for inceldom. My stupidest cousins had no problem dating or getting married, whereas the most intelligent ones are never seen with women. Women have a sixth sense for identifying intelligence in men, and if you are intelligent that is a red flag and a deal breaker. If "self-improvement" is what gets you women, then anything you do that lowers your IQ is "self-improvement". If you watch enough TV, drink enough alcohol, do enough drugs, then this might lower your IQ to the point that some women might be interested in you
