nothing really. maybe like a couple of brief dopamine highs for 10 mins or so randomly from coffee, food or a run... but usually that only happens when it's combined with a really good night's sleep after feeling like shit for days on end.

so basically my only enjoyment is the most basest of activities that i was conducting 70 mill yrs ago when i was just a little rat thing. but animals seem to get more of a high out of their food every day. so i'm doing worse than them too i guess.

Lots of things, I enjoy life and am not suicidal. Nothing in particular stands out, I'm not far better off this year than last. I did however get a nice raise at work, I'm living on my own for the first time without roommates. I also knew the joy of cat ownership for a little bit, but my cat sitter let him escape while I was on vacation.
