You don't have to eat less food if you start exercising a fuckton.

And yeah 5'8" and below you can safely say you'd be incel regardless. Unfortunately, you don't really know whether or not your face is ugly if it's covered up by fat. Some guys actually do go from incel to chadlite by losing 30 pounds, simple as that.

You can't outrun a bad diet. I mean you can but you either need to be a marathon runner, or a body builder. Doing an hour of exercise a day may help you burn 500 calories, but that's a generous number. One bad snacking can ruin that 500 calorie deficit. Ultimately people who lose weight always talk about how it was done in the kitchen, not the gym. One beer has like 300 calories.

SOURCE: I've lose and gained weight many times, I come from fat, r/fitness, I'm originally from America and I know countless people who tried successfully or unsuccessfully to lose weight.

You definitely can outrun a bad diet, but it requires 4 hours of vigorous physical activity per day. Play a full game of soccer AND hit the gym for an hour and a half AND ride your bike for an hour or like you said run marathons or be a bearmaxxed bodybuilder. Most people are too mentally weak to do this stuff but it's not that uncommon, at least in America. I'm just saying if he really loves junk food that much, he has options.

true but eating a low glycemic index diet helps too and actually low carb can help too. a little fat and meat (no sugar, bread, or desserts though) is actually healthy with vegetables like dark greens, asparagus, kale, tomatoes, sqaush and fresh fruits. the reasoning is is that sugary foods (bread, pizza, pastries, chips) make you feel hungry thus wanting to consume more calories. but by eating enough fats, meat, and vegetables you feel full fast making it more difficult to overeat thus aiding in weight loss and lowering high bloodsugar (high bloodsugar can cause over-eating)

If you want to get REAL technical the answer is that every single person needs a cudtom-tailored diet and exercise routine. Your genes, the environment you were exposed to during a critical period in youth, and even your general life experience play a role. Some people are perfectly healthy as vegans, some people are perfectly healthy as carnivores, and yes some people are perfectly healthy doing sugar everyday.

Anyone who suggests there is a silver bullet diet is full of shit. Exercise is more generalizable though.

Agreed, but below a certain height your weight only matters if it's preventing you from enjoying your copes.

I was on a massive bulk a few years ago. Looking back at the pics I was honestly fat and didn't feel good.

I'm much leaner now. Working out 3-4 times a week, doing cardio at the end of a workout. How I feel in front of the mirror, it's night and day.
