I agree. All the technology we own is basically possible only because some kid worked in the mines. Same for our clothes, our food, etc.

Nobody around me even knows why I don't want to buy a new PC or a new phone. I told them it's because of all the blood one has to shed to get those rare metals. 99% of the people around me had no idea.

Even if you dont want to buy a new phone or pc, there are always things that we use which were built/assembled by some poor ricecels in China or currycels in India. Such is the nature of the world we live in.

Only way to avoid all this is to monkmax. Just go and live peacefully in some monastery and become one with nature.
