Are there any plastic surgeries that you either want or have already gotten?

I got a rhino coming up and my plan is to save up to get an otoplasty for my gay ass ears in the future.

Good luck with the rhinoplasty fren! I saw that one pic which was one of the top of all time on braincels where the guy showed his side profile before and after shots. There was a noticeable change and it will help you actually 'ascend' in the non-cucked (see: Betabuxxing) way.

Does LASIK count? I'm getting the surgery on Thursday and hopefully won't have to deal with those gay glasses for a long time.
