Therapy is blue pill lies. It’s designed to get the most money out of you with giving you the minimum amount of advice, often generalized and watered down so it’s easier to apply to more situations.

Common thinking therapy will try to convince you of: 1) Exercise regularly 2) Find hobbies 3)Developing confidence

What none of these do is fix your problems which usually relate to your physical appearance. No amount of confidence can change your height from 5 ft 5 to 6 ft. Unless you get plastic surgery confidence is useless for incels. Hobbies teach you to cope, much with other advice in therapy. Copes only get you so far. MGTOW is a famous example. They hate women but can’t stop talking about then and use false status to convince themselves that they don’t want women. At least some of us here can admit we want relationships. We don’t lie to ourselves and drive our motorcycles around claiming, “LOL, who needs women?” Clearly they want them too but they delude themselves.

Therapy is meant for Normies. It’s not meant to actually cure people; rather to make them into regular clients. Gaslighting and manipulation are the key things. Most Normies don’t have complicated, multifaceted problems. Incel is something that mental health industry doesn’t understand. They don’t see it from our point or can imagine incels existing because they are the propaganda end of society. Yes, propaganda. The objective is to coax the client into going back into submission and compliance with society with platitudes and blue pill lies. Psychiatric drugs should only be used under extreme circumstances. The medical profession is very much in the pocket of the pharmaceutical industry. Often drugs are recommended because the drug companies visit the doctors to convince them they need to recommend the drug.

I even asked an old classmate from college who now is a counsellor. She gave me the run around and despite being one herself she recommended that I see someone locally in my small town. Even old friends in the mental health industry are the same. Any therapist in my area will likely be old and very out of touch with how the world is now. Unlike medicine, mental health industry is largely a pseudoscience that was formed during a different society that had different values. Example is the transgender movement - about 50 years ago it was considered mental illness. Now it’s normal.
