Not for China but Americans can't because all their money goes to World Hegemony and war. Also Americans think "long term planning" is next quarter while China has 5 year plans.

In 2016, California had around 30 hydrogen stations and China had NONE. It's 2023 and California managed to build around 30 more stations - while China now has around 400 and has now become the leader in hydrogen. While people like you say "NO" China says "Let's Build IT".
