I have noted this elsewhere, so it doesn't surprise me that Finland has its own GC sub: the ''encounter rate'' of the ass-wrong kind of TRAs/transwomen seems incredibly high here. Generally I've noticed that more weirdos who live their lives online feel empowered to go out and just BE that way, you know? It's not unusual to see furries just walking around, textbook neckbeards doing their thing, and yes, obvious unkempt men who think rainbow hair makes them a woman just walking into our toilets like they own the place.
