Well it sure doesn't sound realistic, but the article writer wanted it not to. It's funny that the guy who's suing complains of a "cost of living crisis", but instead of focusing at government efforts driving up energy costs and who heavily mismanaged the economy during Covid causing world economic recession, is instead complaining about the costs of entertainment non-necessities.
