The relationship is same-sex or homosexual even if the two people in it are not themselves homosexuals.

Are the people the same sex? The relationship is homosexual. If not, it’s heterosexual.

A bisexual relationship is a nonsensical statement.

Whether people are in a homosexual relationship (or same-sex, if you prefer) or hetero relationship depends on the couple's sex, not their sexual orientation. So two bi men in a relationship are in a homosexual relationship. A bi man and a bi woman are in a heterosexual relationship.

I believe people can use whatever terminology they want, but I'd think of it as a same-sex relationship. Both partners may be bisexual, but the relationship itself is homosexual in nature.

Like others have said, I feel like if it is a relationship between people of the same-sex, it is a homosexual or same-sex relationship.

I honestly don't care about labeling people's relationships. If they're bi, they're bi. I don't label the relationship itself, at most I'd say it's a same sex relationship
