This is what I used for the recipe, although for the rub I did Knorr beef bullion powder as the salt component, garlic, onion, oregano, and black pepper: https://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/roast_beef/

I love strawberries. I used to sugar them just like that too although these days I try to avoid sugar.
