Been on the diet for a year now. Lost 40 lbs so far and have not been hungry. Also haven't been sick at all the whole time.

I agree, it’s kind of in jest.

Low carb.

Sugar is the killer. Maybe not too much bacon, and a little more fish. But no candy and soder.
