It may need more onion, that's just the last bit of one I was using and ran out of room on the tray. This gets broiled for a cigarettes amount of time, or until you smell a little charring.

Garlic Jalapeño tomato’s onion.

Salt? Pepper? Anything else to the recipe? Do you char and then peel or char and throw it in like that?

All the produce gets de-seeded, the stuff on the tray charred in the broiler, the tomatoes get peeled.

In a blender I add a dash of vinegar, the salt, half a bunch of cilantro, a little pepper. When the tray is done cooling I peel fhe tomatoes and the peppers, onions, and some of the tomatoes into the blender and blend that well. Then goes in raw tomatoes, a little bit more onion was needed, and they're just pulsed in the blender to keep it chunky.
