Ever since I was a child, when I heard cops used rubber bullets I thought "it would still hurt to get shot in the eye".

Point made... :\ Not to mention the deaths by taser in Canada - all this "non-lethal" shit, is just more mis-named garbage being sold to us by criminals intent on keeping power.
