It's crazy that we reached a level of wokeness so high it made a full circle back to hating homosexuality.

Strange how it is only Lesbianism and women that are targeted. The recent Reddit bans and people hating on feminists and women against trans ideology ie "fuck terfs" "kill terfs" "I punch terfs" tells me something is very wrong here.

Brownshirts 1930: Let's persecute commies, democrats and everyone who doesn't suck up to NSDAP.

Brownshirts 1934: Aww, we are being persecuted by NSDAP. Strange how it is only Brownshirts that are targeted.

You're not being persecuted just because you're not allowed to join a social group that you don't belong in.

If you want to go that demagogic route then you are not persecuted by being banned from Wellington Pride. In fact that's the event ("Wellington is a wonderfully diverse city, and the festival program is a celebration of this diversity.") you don't belong in.

My comparison however was addressing radfems rabid misandry and hypocritical attempt of crying victimhood when they, in turn, have been thrown under the bus by their social justice buddies. And as always trying to paint themselves as the only victims. /u/Trajan pretty brilliantly put it in his first paragraph.

Thanks. Yeah, that's the pattern: claim victimhood and then bully people based on that. As one would expect with any identity-supremacist group, feminism by its nature must subvert anything it touches to make feminist issues the priority. The LGBT movement is a great example. Back before they added the T it was LGB. Prior to that it was GLB. Lesbians argued to be moved to the front on the basis that they are doubly oppressed by being homosexual as well as being women (i.e. intersectionality). This despite clear evidence that gay men had far more going against them both socially and legally.

That's one of many examples of feminism's role in the birth of intersectionality and also of feminism's need to impose its quasi-religious worldview onto anything it infests. One amusing development is that some transgender activists have taken to changing the ordering of the alphabet soup to TLGB. They're doing precisely what lesbians/feminists did back in the day, making it clear that lesbians are no longer at the top of the pile. Although a fringe movement, I expect this'll grow in popularity unless the transgender bubble bursts or some new and fashionable sexual/gender identity supplants it.
