This pro-BLM Youtube channel was preparing a documentary about the CHAZ in Seattle, and a while back I saw their trailer. They finally released their documentary yesterday: "The Rise and Fall of the Seattle CHOP". I watched it out of interest, expecting it to be one-sided since these people are pro-BLM but this was even worse than I had expected it to be. The retelling of events was extremely truncated, as were the interview excerpts they used. Most of the protest footage they showed was smartphone footage they had copied off of social media, because I recognized a lot of these shots from having seen them before on Twitter and Youtube. I can tell that they're trying to copy Unicorn Riot's style of protest reporting but it's just lazy documentary making, high on spectacular protest footage for shock value and short on exposition. I posting it here in case someone else is interested but don't expect this to be the definitive documentary about the CHAZ/CHOP in Seattle. Even the late Andrew Breitbart's documentary about Occupy Wall Street was more thorough than this slackjob.
