It's a curious coincidence of synchronicity that I recently mentioned Aikido, a term I consider but rarely use: /s/PyramidPractice/comments/4drg/spyramidpractice_accounts_moderation_record/g7hx

I feel like I mentioned it earlier in another comment or message this week too.

Aikido is not just about self-defense but about using their energy against them to neutralize them without harm. This is critical. I'm not sure that article gets that.
