From the linked article linked by the above linked article: "Fish, chicken, beef, lamb, milk, cheese, beans, brewer's yeast, mung bean sprouts and most fruits and vegetables have more lysine than arginine, except for peas. Gelatin, chocolate, carob, coconut, oats, whole wheat and, white flour, peanuts, soybeans, and wheat germ have more argininethan lysine."

Definitely makes a good case for a heavier meat diet opposed to a heavy carb one that many vegetarians enjoy.

I've never understood how someone could cut out ALL meat. It's like convincing a lion to eat a salad.
