That is close but some say it was the Queen of England. If that was true then I guess Charles is now in charge. This is true only if you believe the Committee of 300 theory. The Committee of 300 are the remains of the East India Company that first made it selling opium in China. The Coke Import Agency is under the Committee of 300 and they may be the largest trafficker in the world but the Committee gets a big cut.
