The solidity of matter is a tough one, but I thought science was already beginning to prove that what "solid" actually is isn't how we view it at all. That every material thing is basically vibrating light. I'm a layman, so I don't know.

Oh yes, that is the truth about matter. The problem is, we all believe in its being solid. At least, solid matter bieng solid. ;-)
And that belief, like every other belief, is limiting.
