Does he make the tikka noodles himself or does someone actually sell tikka noodles?

In general it's one of my favourite videos of his, it was his final night before moving to a new home and you can see he's really bothered about moving which makes him extra discombobulated and confusing. He sees off his old home by making an absolutely filthy dish of slop and scoffing it down in giant forkfuls.
